Dinner at Noodle Village, Bandar Puteri, Puchong

It's one of those tiring nights for me since after helping out my bf in the painting job business at our house...Gosh..I can't describe how exhausted I feel after that since, with all my joints and muscle aching from the painting exercise which is beneficial for people like me anyway..:P

Sorry that Ive been going MIA for a couple of days since, with the painting and also falling ill yesterday and still recovering now. :(

Here's my second visit so far to this restaurant. ..i heard that this place was advertised in our local TV programmes "Ho Chiak" sometime back , so it must be something special about the place or food which gives is a publicity, isn't it? Well, this is how the exterior and interior area of the place looks like..nice and peaceful ambience with a blend of chinese tradition decorative design hung up above the walls, lanterns, wall frames and with the solid wooden bench and tables laid out...

I ordered their Pan Mee signature soy sauce noodle to try it out since if it's called signature soy sauce, it should be something special about this dish. Erm..well, big portion! That's my initial impression when its served..wuahh..I dont think I can finish it all up either. Comparing it with my morning Pan Mee noodle at one of the hawker stalls I had again during breakfast , the size really shrinks a big difference. hahaha. Taste wise, of cos needless to say, the texture of the Pan Mee is soft and with the egg mix in with the soy sauce, it's a wholesome meal in here! Furthermore, it is garnished with chopped Yuk Sui (pork meat mixture), fried anchovis, chopped green onions and sliced mushrooms on top. Ah not to forget I love their pork balls as well. haha. :D It's nice! At RM 6.80, in big serving, coupled with a nice ambience and satisfactory taste, I don't think it's expensive at all. Besides, the one I had at hawker stalls is really crazy and Im gonna have it graded E on the scale since the pan mee texture is the worse I've ever eaten so far. It's hard and the mee clumps together. Just the exact feeling like eating hard flour not cooked properly from the mee. Yuckks.

And then he had the Pan Mee clear soup with fresh dumplings below. Something which is healthy in a way it's not too oily and no frying for the night, since both of us not really feeling well...I guess the soup its a bit too "clear" until it tasted a bit like drinking saltish water. But well, not too bad since there are few big succulent dumplings swimming in the bowl of soup. haha. At least, that makes up the whole dish. The dumplings tasted good! :) It's only at RM 6. Good choice.

And lastly of cos some real fruit drinks to go with the noodle. I had mix vege fruit juice a combination of Carrots, Apple, Starfruit and Watermelon. Wow..so nice. Just tasted exactly from original fruit extracts without preservatives . Purely blended fruit juices! He had his usual carrot milk juice, both proced at RM 5.90 and his, RM 4.50.

Total bill amount came up to RM 25 inclusive of Govt and Service charges. It's one place where you should stop by one of these days to have a healthy eating noodle in good ambience at Puchong. Price wise is pretty reasonable to me as well. Check it out yourself! :)
