LHDN submisson!

Damn..Im always an enthusiasts in everything going online..even much of my payment is done through the web...mobile..easy, flexible and no fuss at all...however when it comes to this LHDN thingy, procedures are somewhat troublesome...I just couldnt get my payment done through online services eventhough there are services made available through the FPX payment via E-filing website. After having made several futile attempts via FPX in E-biling, I have this frustrating error coming up "Transaction failed, server not available, contact administrator, bla bla....." !! Argghh..What happened to the system? If it's not accessible, why have it, isnt it?

It's dumb to me I think. Then this morning I gotta took the trouble to go to any bank branches available to try making my payment..not knowing "how" or what either..It's plain stupidity..If their server is really having some problem, do make it known to the customers what are the other alternative options at least, for heaven sake! Ive made my declaration for year 2006, and it's only now Im makin my payment not wanting to be fined or having incurred unneccesary billing bloated to my amount of cos....who would want it anyway, huh? So, I went to Maybank, filled up the normal payment cheques and only coming to know, that I cant! Then? What Next?
it seems you've gotta have the LHDN ref number, but what on earth is that? Even when I made my declaration, no LHDN stuff occured or noticeable anywhere stated in there! I'm pretty confused with the load of information and right procedure, just like a blind bat searching through means of payment! And there I was, been shuffled through and referred to other bank, The Public Bank, it seems do have this services..alright..alright..I went over there, and trust me, even the staffs working there were not sure about it..and asked if I had my Ansuran Number!??? God...what's that? Why cant I just pay and be done with it? What the heck...

So after going through different forms to fill up, and at last the correct one! Ive successfully settled it! Thank Goodness. But..just wanna share something in here..What's the use or point of having their services made online, everything which is supposed to be mobile, but not having any payment services made accessible to public? Is this some kind of biggest joke Ive encountered or am I not alone? If you guys do wanna make your payment, my advise is..go to the nearest Public Bank at any branches nearby and do it there..dont bother searching high and low for the online payment method via E-Filing...even if you see one really obvious links inside the website stating E-Bayaran..cos it's not FUNCTIONING! I presumed it's only meant for display ..nothing more to that!
