Wild Goose Chase for 5 restless hours!

I woke up early in the morning on a bright sunny day, supposingly I need to accompany him to register for our new house Electricity & Water bill which long been overdued and delayed. The place at Sepang is where we headed to at first for the electricity registration. Heck ..im thinking..why is there such a big deal of difference between one housing area in Puchong divided into 2 different electricity provided by TNB. Does it makes any sense to you? It is unfortunate that his is supposed to be done at Sepang and not under MPSJ which is apparently where Bandar Puteri is.

It's at least an hour long drive from Shah Alam to Sepang , heat rising up above and trust me, just one hour of sunburn is enough to kill me...when we reached there, there was this Malay lady telling us, oh no..yours is not here..should be in Bangi...that's it..u came to a wrong place. OMG....i almost drop dead with that statement..why's the hell is that? We argued explaining that we have a fren indeed staying right behind our area and he just got his registered in Sepang, right here...we were so confused...and as I've always wanted a persistent answer from the lady, I asked her , so now where can we go settle this? Why can't we just get this thing done from your online system? Can't you track and update it? Again, same reply, stating we cant do this. We track your area by the code printed in your electricity bill statement..do you have that? We can check..since it's a new house, we dont have any to prove with any statement..that was when my bf quickly call up for help from his fren staying in Puchong, got the code and she checked..this is suppose to be at Bangi, she concluded. So, the big problem which we could not understand was how can it be a two different places in the same area?

Arghh...I've almost lost my patience...so feeling restless enough, we head up to Bangi..which along the way, we cross and make many rounds from dengkil out and in again, passing by remote areas with super narrow and winding lanes , end finally squeeze ouself out and we managed to locate the TNB. Phew...what a sigh of relief..which then, came another big second blow..coming in unprepared with documents and photocopy and stuffs, bla bla...how can things get worse by now ...we came in with empty hands and were advised to get all these prepared only can register....Im just gonna conclude that, TNB being one of the sole provider in our country, which makes billions of revenues, as a matter of fact is falling short of even the basic and most simplest service to cater to its customers..how can such a company dont even have a photocopy machine and stamp counter be made easily accessible for the customers??? I'm starting to question the reliability of their system and overall capability....forgive me for this irrespectful statement.

Hence, scarcely knowing where to start and hunt for post office to buy stamps and photocopy machines, we wasted almost 2 hours hunting these places down, just like going for a wild goose chase. It's really getting in to my nerves at that point of time. It's nearly 2pm and we were feeling so hungry and tired. Arrghh..it's simply frustrating..No sign boards or any road banner giving us the slightest hint on the whereabouts of Post office is really testing the limit of our patience....I couldnt remember how many stops we've made , how many different people we've asked on getting to the nearest post office...damnn....Shouldnt it be sensible enough that places like this, should have been built at strategic locations such as shoplots, complexes which has a profound landmark that can be noticeable to everyone? NO! Instead it's totally the opposite. Goshh...seriously I couldnt believe it.

Luck came up from our final battle of time, and we managed to find it! Guess where!??
It's situated right in the area of factories with no signboards nothing indicating the post office logo. How do they expect everyone to find it? How remarkable isnt it?

It's time the government should at least have better road signs and road banners put up in remote areas especially and to upgrade TNB system and start promoting greater flexibility on its' services...Think about it...

Alright..im feeling tired now..gonna catch up with some good sleep as my head is spinning and im suffering from heatstroke due to the exposure of heat for 5 hours consecutively! See ya around....Have a nice weekend. :D
