Leaving Bali on morning Feb 28th

The long awaiting trip has finally came and ended as well..I woke up early in the morning feeling like I'm gonna miss this place for a time being until I ever step foot here again, but dont know when...I need to still catch up on the final round of shopping before we really leave, so I did not follow the rest a walk down to Kuta beach which later on I found out that it should not be missed. There's lots of activities to watch over there and very happening too. Anyhow, I managed to snap few pictures in the very last 2 hours left before our departure to the airport - pictures of Kuta quiet town on Monday morning - except a foreigner walking passed the doorway street shops. It is exactly the same snap shots of my actual memory lasted there at that time before we left. It's nevertheless one good and enjoyable trip in Bali especially the Water Sports. If I ever come back here again, I will never MISS the North part of Bali for sure. :)

Chinese New Year is just around the corner and there is a lot of shopping, catching up to do in the sense that Valentines is lining up after this. Ive been rather ill right after 2 days back from Bali and still down with flue. :( Sorry as Im unable to update my blog as often now. However just stay tune from time to time as I will definitely find time to write in when Im feeling better and free. Gong Xi Fatt CHoy to all readers or visitors to my site and let's just eat, rest and sleep throughout this season and get together for the reunion with your family .

Third Day in Bali

Time really flies as it's gonna be the last full day for us at Bali...after having a tremendous event happening for first and second, every places we went were edged in our head , still fresh in our memory. As usual we woke up early at 7am. We went down quickly to take our breakie , usual stuffs were served ..anyway you know you can't expect much especially if it comes free. haha. I was pretty nervous and at the same time excited as today will be a water sports day for us..We knew that this will take at least half day gone. Though it's a little bit wasted since we should be doing or taking the opportunity to visit some other places but due to time constraint, distance where initially I inisisted we must go to the North, Lovina Beach to watch dolphins. Many people were saying it's really one place where you should not miss, but unfortunately after almost several times of debate and discussion, I know this will not materialise. It will take 3 hours to go and another 3 hours to back from North, which in total 6 hours! I will come back to Bali again for sure and that time, I will never miss this spot again, I swear! haha. So in the end we subsitute that with some replacement. We will pick the Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua beach as the water sport ground. Then travel up to Uluwatu Temple , then to do spa..hehe..:P

Heat were rising as we reached Nusa Dua and you could see many tall handsome honks in swimming attire and foreign ladies coming from Japan, and other countries. The sand was so freaking hot that the very first time when I stepped foot on it , I gotta run fast enough to the sea else I will get my both feets burnt in fire!! :D One of our lady in the group did the bargaining- hehe,,,here is where you need bargaining skills and power and high persuasion to win over the best price ever! Initially the opening price was 75 US dollar in package but that was way too expensive and we even showed the fella people are offering only US 45 dollar with so many activities included such as Parachutting, Flying Fish, Jet Skii and Turtle Island. SOmehow or another, in the end our bargaining queen won. We got the package at US 45 dollars including free lunch! hahaha. The package consists of Jet Skii, Flying Fish, Banana Boat and Turtle Island. It's nevertheless not cheap when it comes to water sports since each of us will still need to fork out RM 160 per person... but it's worth the while since I really did enjoy myself to the fullest and it was also my very first try! The Jet ski was really tense and heart jumping. I screamed out especially when I press the engine deeper and the whole boat jumped up from the sea and landed again..sea water splashed right to my face from the front.."splash, splash and splash!". :D Initially I started off very slow and the driving instructor sat behind me was asking me to go faster. When I finally attempted to press harder, the whole boat shoots. I didn't really get the feel or hang of it yet at that time and I was the last to reach the turtle island..:D Too slowww. We were divided into 2 groups, each 4 of us. In fact, it freaks me out when we were told that we don't need a life jacket when we ride on the jet ski. Don't you think it's a bit dangerous here? Anyhow, thank god all were safe and sound back. ;P I still have more pics taken on the banana boat using water proof camera which we bought..not yet developed..so coming out soon ok!! :D

It took us 15 minutes to travel to and fro from turtle island on Jet Ski plus another 15 minutes to watch Turtle Island. I saw big turtles and baby turtles. There were also other animals like the Hornbill, snakes, parrots, bats, and etc. Cute that I could even carry it and snap pictures with it (Sorry pic on that is censored..LOL). It's really heavy. I was so scared that it will struggle and jump off from my fingers. It was so cool and exciting. It was also drizzling at that time with wind blowing. After that we were inited to take a seat and have young coconut drink to freshen up and relax a while. There are many souvenirs item on sale basically from the turtle skin ..it's such a cruelty to the animal that I didn't support this act. I decided not to buy any at all! Poor little creatures. :( My second time back with Jet Ski was fast and steady..hehe...I managed to reach back faster than I tought. Our next activity was Banana Boat , 4 of us in one Boat. I've heard about Banana Boat all this while and they told me it was fun especially if your boat capsized and overturn several times during the course. The scariest part is you would not know when it will, and where. haha. Thankfully for me, we had only one time and that was also just once I got to drink salt water after being capsized from the boat. The best part is the flying fish as you will be asked to lie down and hold tight to the handle and as when the boat took out to the sea, the whole flap will fly off above sea as high as 10 over feet I guess leaving your body face down towards the ocean view with a strong gust of wind sweeping off your face with the cool breeze. It's really like flying on an open space air up into the sky. hahaha. This is really a wonderful experience. :D I enjoyed this the most in fact. I don't mind to play it for another 5 rounds more if given a choice. By the time we finished, it's near to 5pm. I was feeling drenched and exhausted and just cant wait to take good warm bath and get myself clean. However that place dont have a proper bathing room and I was shocked to find out it's only one pipe or shower connected to the wall and in open space for you. Nothing else. OMG. All my plans to have a good shower with sweet smelling bath foam, going naked all over to wash clean my entire self has gone out all to the window. But thankfully, we found another spot at the other corner where it's enclosed. Inside they have a stone well filled with water , there's a pipe connected. Phew..hahaha. After the shower, we packed up everything, paid the whole sum of money and took our late lunch at their restaurant. It's just normal fried rice or noodles again. But all of us were hungry and nearly fainted. So any food that comes along, would seem to be extraordinarily delicious !! :D

We soon adjourned to the next destination which was the Uluwatu temple . At first this place wasnt exactly in our trip plan since it's originally our intention to travel north. However, since that doesnt go on too well, I remembered this place and I suggested here. This particular move from me may not seemed to be a wise idea after all and in fact the outcome was rather a nasty one too. I got my bf in trouble and little did I realise that the monkeys over there were like a thieves. A real good and skilled one too! I dont know if these mischievious creatures are secretly trained to do this for a purpose or what, but if you ever go there, please be EXTRA CAREFUL and do not leave any trace of jewelleries and especially any sunglasses or specs. What happened was my bf was standing about 3 foot from them and unknowingly in just split second, the male monkey grabbed off his specs and chew on his glasses with a "cracking noise"..he wanted to snatch it back, and unusually these monkeys do have animal instinct with a natural self defense response, he snarled with his sharp teeth wide open at him. It was an ugly sight watching this unfortunate incident happened to him...everything happened too fast and sadly, that pair of specs was his newly bought one and he was not wearing his old pair at that time which he brought along as backup. Damn..:( Past is past..bygones will be bygones..we can't undo what that had happened anyway..just do bear in mind that this place really has a bunch of agressive monkeys which are also specially trained to snatch valuable items and target it's victims cleverly too. The scene was wonderful. Much more beautiful than Tanah Lot in the sense that the sea colour was so blue beneath the rocks and when you look right down from the hill top or cliff hundreds of metres high..We snapped several pictures and I knew my bf was not really in the mood for anything at that time as the incident was too fresh. Originally we wanted to catch the Kecak and Fire dance there, but cancelled the plan as everyone was feeling tired and it was late anyway.

Our last final stop was of cos not missing the spa to pamper ourselves after a long and exhausting trip the whole day. We stopped by at Baliwis Spa to do simple body massage and there were two types to choose from. One is the Thai Massage and the other Balinese. Initially I wanted to just go ahead with Thai but the workers advised me that Thai massage was just too strong until you may not be relaxed anymore. Upon hearing that, I was afraid to the fact that I'll be more in painful state than enjoying myself. So, I choosed Balinese. Hehe..:P One thing, Balinese used Oil massage and you will need to be naked top to bottom except leaving your private area covered. After the oil massage for one hour, you will get to enjoy the warm shower bath inside . It's so funny and aukward as each room partition at individual bathroom cubicle are closely connected where you can actually chat with your neighbours while bathing. haha. The back part is practically open and if you would to stick out your head from the open space, you may unknowingly peek into the next room. Goshh...hahaha. SOmething like the open concept kind of thingy I guess. :) It's nevertheless one hell of an unforgettable experience.

After the spa, we head towards the Kuta town area and scout for a nice place to eat !! Hungrryyy! But before that, we have already used out every single penny or rupiah left and no money to eat ! haha. So we gotta hunt for money changer first else we were all be starved to death for running out of rupiah. :D Thank god we found it and it's still opened! :D So, we decided to hang out at the Apache Surfer Bar & Restaurant . It's a place where you get to hear live band singing and have your food. Nothing extraordinary.. Just about the same setting we have here in KL. But the whole area right in the heart of Kuta was really happening when night falls. You will see that the whole town litted up alive when night falls. We played games , drank beers and hang out till late night 12 plus am to clebrate our last night in Bali..There was indeed a mixed feeling during that time. Mixed feeling of missing the place soon and at the same time getting back to our country for good , back to reality life again. :) Anyway, it was a good night sleep throughout ...Zzzzz..I'll post up more updates soon. Stay tuned. ;)

2nd Day Trip at Bali

It was a tiring but enjoyable first day at Bali that I fell asleep pretty fast and in fact snored like a pig according to my bf..hahaha. I can't help it but I guess I never felt so tired in my whole entire life that I actually snored..Hmm..it's quite unbelievable for person like me to do that and it's also embarrasing..:D My bf couldnt sleep well due to my loud snoring ..Each single day we utilise to the very maximum, covering many places till night falls and waking up very early morning. We were given free breakfast which then, solve our worries and headaches to walk out. One meal settled. We started off our day waking up at 7am, dressed up and went down for quick breakie at 8am. They served scramble eggs, fried eggs, mini sausages, fried rice, fried noodles, toast bread with pork slices or maybe bacon, muffins. Not bad for breakfast. At least it could last us through till 2 pm or almost half a day. Drinks such as milk, orange juice and apple juice are available. For me, coffee is a must to wake myself up and getting ready in full swing for the rest of the day ahead. hehe...:P We hired a balinese guy name Yaman who we met during the airport place arranging for transport to take us to the hotel. This guy was another one. Not the cunning guy with huge tattoos on both arms. He seemed to be honest, and not harmful though he don't talk much except driving us faithfully right from morning till night for 2 consecutive days. He offered 350, 000 rupiah for one full day which when divided by 8 of us, each only costed about 17 rm !! It's so reasonably cheap and we were all happy and satisfied with the deal.

He even offered to take us to Watch the famous Barong dance , starting off at 830am till 930am. I even had the video captured and will post up in here. It has 4 short stories to perform which I don't know in fact what are they telling about cos it's in Balinese language. Of cos there will be a paper for you to read , but I was just too lazy to read. I just sat up the bench looking and fixing my eyes on those figures clad in lion , monkey, the beautiful queen, evil witch, and many variety figurines which dressed up in colourful costumes and mascots. There's a band of people sat at the other corner of the stage playing drums, blowing pipes as background music. It's kinda eerie and it did gave me goose bumps at first when I heard those music played, cos it reminded me a music where it's commonly used to ward off evil spirit in a sacred temple or even during the process of evil possesion and trance. I dont' really like the idea of taking any pictures especially when it comes to sacred statues which has fierce and evil expressions on their face. It was quite boring at first, but later on became hillarious and did captured our attention. I didnt wanna miss the opportunity to take pictures with the queen and witch dressed up in ancient dress. You can choose to give away tips yourself after taking pictures with them. It's entirely your choice. :) It's one unforgettable play I've witnessed which you can never watch it in Malaysia.

Next destination took us to the famous Batik shop to witness true and original masterpiece of batik and even having the prestige to watch a group of professional workers working diligently with full concentration on their piece of work. I saw many nice batik prints design hung up on the wall as we entered the hall ranging from big to small sizes. I was so fascinated by the design and instantly fall in love and was captivated with the lovely batik prints while mesmerizing the beauty of this traditional piece of art. I wanted to get at least 2 pieces back for home and instantly spotted few nice ones. Medium sizes costed within the range of 45,000 rupiah which is about RM 15 . Bigger ones will be at RM 30 plus over till 70. Unfortunately I ended up buying none of it after decided to pick which one as I was told that these batik prints will not be available for sell together with the frame. It will just be the cloth only. Damn! It will be so inconvenient then to just buy the cloth and that you will need to worry about framing it up yourself. It will be a bit troublesome since I prefer ready made and not just part of it. So, eventually we decided to lay off the idea totally. It's a bit sad and frustrating initially but anyway I've overcome the feeling. I managed to browse through some other souvenirs made from batik downstairs. They had many cute and lovely items sold such as bags, purse, decorations, scarf, sarung and many more. I grabbed few purse in batik prints as it's really beautiful and truly represents Balinese style. I need to do lots of shopping in fact as Ive promised few of my close colleagues , my parents in priority. Phew..It's so much shopping to do but too little time to squeeze in each day. So I need to break off my shopping activity in 3 times at 3 different places. hahaha. :D I was advised by my bf to save some for other places like the Ubud marketplace which is well known for better deals and where you could bargain and slash down the prices. hehe :P It was a really long drive in fact which took us more than an hour from here to the next destination which is the Ubud marketplace and padi fields plantation. I sat too long that my butt hurts like shit and I was experiencing leg cramps later on. Pheww..Along the route, we passed through houses, small lanes unlike in Mys where the road is wide enough unlike in Bali where the roads of 3 lanes in Mys is equivalent to only ONE single lane in Bali. In fact another thing which I noticed was the culture and attitude of Balinese drivers on the road in comparison with MYS. Balinese drivers will not use lamp signalling while turning left or right. They will just honk all the way through to signal alerts to other cars. Funny isn't it? hahaha . Traffic jumpings are common in certain busy areas. Road conditions were in lousy state as I witnessed them almost the whole 3 days trip route to different places... But people there don't steal unneccesarily. Crime rate such as robbery, murder, stealings are rare and very low, unlike in Malaysia. I was shocked to see furnitures laid outside of the shop at night not covered. And not one single item stolen. If it's here in Mys, I guess everything will be wiped off clean totally!! Even slippers will be stolen away right in front of your house door. In this aspect, I wish our country has this aspect. Sigh.

Our tummy were growling again as by the time we reached it's about say 1 plus pm. We stopped by at the lovely Kintamani area where it's famous for volcano which ruptured a thousand years ago. It's a very old volcano and thankfully now being inactive. haha. The place is so high up that it's breezy and windy up there despite having sunlight still. It's truly a relaxing place to be. We quickly checked in to the buffet restaurant situated right on top of the hillside, with beautiful scenery from inside. You could just sit down, have your lunch while looking out from the glass window and witnessed the hills and volcano across the land with hundred feets below. It's really indeed one memorable place which I shall never forget. The food costed about RM 50 per person and we decided to invite our Balinese driver together for lunch since it's definitely not easy to drive us back and forth , stopping in so many different places and waited for us on every destination. We were one sympathetic lot of person. :D hehe. The food is just okay. They served pork satays, rice, noodles, vegetables mainly. It's at least much better than the food we had so far downstairs in our hotel.. Though there's not much of a variety to choose, nevertheless I had three rounds of eating!!! Im extraordinarily hungry during the Bali trip in fact which scares me out like a freak. And suprisingly I wont feel uneasy or experienced any undigestion after eating which I usually have when I'm in Malaysia. Probably we walked a lot from one place and another and that has got some calories burnt out. :P which is GOOD. The washroom in here was beautifully designed and clean. I made few trips there to ensure I have my bladder emptied and freshen up before we left the place. Of cos we did manage to take some pictures of ourselves after lunch before we took off. Then, we stopped by at the padi fields somewhere along Ubud while we passed through and due to time constraints we were not able to make a stop at their famous marketplace for shopping and I missed it. However luckily I was informed that nearby the padi fields stop, there will be some stalls below selling souvenirs which I'm counting on. But I was pissed by the irritating sellers who will come and bug you to buy some from them and even till the extent of even when we ran in the the van , these bunch of desperate fellas pulled away the door van and didn't want to let us go and keep begging. Pheww...I didnt really get any souvenirs except for 2 pair of earrings which I've bargained for RM 10,000 rupiah for two. The seller was a woman and she was so happy that we bought something and thanked us after that and even offered to take pictures for us both against the padi fields plantation background from the top. :D It's really freaking hot which made us quench with thirst and caused us a minor dehydration. The ice cream man came along just the right time and we bought Connetto roll ice cream stick to eat. Yummy...

We continued and rushed forward to catch the sunset view at Tanah Lot at 5pm and left the place about 330pm since there was hardly any time left . But before that we will need to make a quick and brief stop at the Sacred Monkey sanctuary called " Mandala Wisata Wanara Wana" forest to catch some monkeys. Haha. The monkeys there were harmless so long as you didnt come and disturb them unless if you feed them with bananas which we didnt since we will need to buy it upon entering the forest. These monkeys will run and hopped at one place and another , swinging from branches of trees to another. While some will just sat quietly on the floor or pathways munching on left overs coconut husks or fruits. I tried many ways to pose on cameras with close shot distance with the monkey but these creatures kept running off ..hahaha. I was also afraid that they would claw my face and pulled my hair upon self defense. :D Anyhow it's only one and single best shot I could get and my bf trousers was smeared with the banana skin and left overs on the bench while trying to pose with the monkey. He got so irritated and pissed since it's a newly bought pants. We only manage to spend half an hour inside the forest and left since we need to rush off to catch the sunset at Tanah Lot. The best time to watch and when it's most beautiful is at 5-6pm. During this period of time, it's similar to 7pm or 8 pm at night in Malaysia. We wanted to catch that moment of when the sun appeared to be in full moon, in a full semi circle with the sea from a far distance. You can only obtain this view at a specific time about 6pm . I waited anxiously with excitement to really witness this effect for the first time with my own eyes and while the wait, I managed to snap many pictures along the way and some appeared so beautiful just exactly like in post cards just that this time it's for REAL!!! :D I even did had some time to do last minute shopping there as they had many stalls laid side by side to one another along the path route to Tanah Lot. Thank god at least, I succeeded in bringing back souvenirs like a wooden carved vase, more earrings, oil painting picture frame. . Pheww. Tiring and i was drenched with sweat all over. I managed to catch a close glimpse on few hanging live bats from a metal pole for display to the public and it's so cute. haha. There were so many visitors all over this place, and it looks like a live market ground. The sea was so blue across miles from top, while watching it from below the huge gigantic rocks above. It's one unforgettable event for myself here.

Upon departure, night falls and the sky was as dark as 9pm in Malaysia. On our way back, we were so hungry and promised ourselves not to miss the famous Babi Guling. However, it's rather late when we left Tanah Lot and almost all shops were closed except only one particular shop which we could still see lights opened and there's a Babi Guling sign up. haha. The famous one was actually in somewhere else but can't remember where though. My first impression when this food was served is it doesnt look impressive and appetizing..I was shocked to find out that Babi Guling is all about pork with different parts, and god knows which part. They have pig liver, pig skin fried as keropok, pig intestines in one of the food items appeared in sausage shape. it freaks me the hell out as I hardly know what I'm eating. I tought Babi Guling seems to be much more tasty - the picture I had in mind all along . Gosh..haha. I don't think I will ever taste pork after this for some time being until the experience I had from this has slowly faded after time. :D

When we reached back to the hotel, it's almost 10 plus at night and my feet were aching. The rest of us still wanted to get over to the pub nearby in Kuta to chill out and drink but I couldnt anymore. All I could think of was to snug under the the woolen bed sheet and sleep wonderfully. But anyway, later on, me and bf decided to walk down and pumped up ourselves with some alcoholic drinks to knock ourselves out totally before sleeping. We were the odd couples sitting there as most of their customers were foreigners happily sitting and sipping their drinks. In fact we were being harassed by one drunk Aussie guy with long hair and tattoos on his arms started weird conversation in heavy Australian slang which we hardly could understand his language since he was also drunk at that point of time. We could just get it that he was probably heart broken or love broken with some Malaysian lady !! Hahaha. :D

First Day of Arrival at Bali, January 25th

I was pretty thrilled for the fact that I flew up the sky all the way through to Bali from KLand the feeling was so great especially during taking off up to the sky .It pumps up your adrenaline and excitement having to look down over a thousands of feet beneath. As the plane reaches a level up higher in stages, you may experienced some pressure in your ears. It is still tolerable for the very first time for me. Well, but during landing my ears got so painful due to the pressure change and it lasted for few minutes even afterI was already adjourned to inside of Bali Airport. Pheww scary..man. :D But nevertheless, looking out of the tiny window when knowing you are so many thousands feet up the sky, everything look so tiny even the highways. Its more or less like looking at a map . The roads appeared just like a tiny pencil line. Seas and ocean looks blue with groups of mini island which is visible through the eyes. Thick lumps of clouds with different sizes and shapes looks so peculiar as i've usually seen it on TV or pictures but for the very first time in my life, I saw it with my own naked eyes. haha. It's really one hell of an experience indeed. We managed to get something to eat before we departed to Bali at theLCCT airport terminal near KLIA at Asian Restaurant. The food costed double or even tripple the normal price for a plate of noodle or rice and even the mineral water!! but worst of all,the food sucks. Sigh..Never mind since we couldnt hold on longer as our tummy were screaming in hunger by then. haha. It took about 2 hours 45 min to Bali and when we reached the air port it's already at 130pm approximately.

Phew the heat and bright sunlight was so high that my skin felt like burning under the sun. We gotta search and start scouting for taxi or van to take us to our Hotel name Dewi Sri Cottage at Kuta. As usual, the culture and peoplein Bali really look so different as you will notice that they might really be so persistent to persuade you to buy something which they sold and tailed you so closely until you needto chase them off. Life seems kinda hard to make ends meet. It will be a common sight to see balinese people sitting by the doorway or paths or even out along the streets practically doing nothing!!! hahaha . Strange eh? we bumped into those taxi drivers lingering nearby and they knew that we are foreigners and seems kinda lost and through our facial expressions we do look like that!!! However our group never fails to reap the best deal and one of us in the group is the "King of Bargain". haha. So it's hard to really earn our money as we knew and we are a damn lot of very calculative ppl!! LOL. Bali airport looks old and dull unlike our KLCC airport..We quickly checked in, have our luggages picked up and headed out. I didnt have time to take pictures upon arrival as all were excited to head towards our hotel and rest our stiff bodies to loosen up a bit.

However unfortunately that during the drive to our hotel, we got two drivers and one of them was really snaky and cunning. He cheated us and stinched on the air conditioner. We were profusing so badly that the heat nearly cooked us alive at the back seat. We requested the driver to turn on to a higher volume and after few seconds , he turned it back to low again for several times! Damn..this fella really unreliable. A bad choice but a good lesson to learn from anyway. Once we stepped foot to the Hotel, as usual for me I started snapping pictures , posing even under the hot sun. We checked in and came out to have our lunch downstairs at the Bar&Restaurant within the Hotel itself. It's comforting to know that they have this spot available cos it's at least 10 min walk from the hotel to Kuta Town just to get our stomach filled up or go shopping, etc. Nice environment with a swimming pool beside the bar. Breakfast is provided during our 3 nights stay. The food definitely stand no where compared to our own home country cos it's so basic and nothing special apart from normal rice and noodles . However I must stress what could you expect more than an average graded hotel right? It was quite a turn off at first when I detected a strange stench of smell when I stepped into the hotel instantly. Its something similar enough to smell of urea. Not suprising though since the furnitures dont seem to be brand new, and even the basic neccesity like a pipe hose was not found in the toilet!! It's really dissapointing anyway.

Western food do have many choices especially in Kuta town since it's mainly foreigner's spot.Business caters and attracts these people generally wise. We suffered from food cravings and missed KL food so much in fact. haha. First day was tiring after we reached and checked in to Hotel. So we just walked along the Kuta town, doing some window shopping since my bf advised me that in Ubud market place, the souvenirs are much cheaper and you can bargain to get better deals. So why's the hurry.hehe..:P The location of our hotel was somewhat strategic as it's neaby to the town area, the busiest and most complicated area . In fact I got to know that it's just less than 10 min walk to reach the bombing side where thousands of foreigners perished , the historical event of Bali during that time which shall never be forgotten. Kind of scary isn't it? that we were hardly a mile distance from that black spot. haha.We went back and by evening we are getting prepared for the much awaited romantic seafood dinner by the sea at Jimbaran Bay , a restaurant called Segara Restaurant. I was so hungry and craving for their seafood and scenic view. It was already like night time in darkness by 7 plus in the evening at Bali. Night falls pretty early there and perhaps that explains why the people there wakes up so early and close business by 6pm, unlike in MYS.

The seafood place is one spot you shall never miss especially on your dates or couple vacation. A good spot for marriage proposal too..hehehe. There's a band playing guitar and they could sing in different languages to different tourists group coming from different country. But of cos you will need to pay and I've got no idea how much.We eat to our whole heart contents and believe it or not, we ordered Big prawns, SMall prawns,Clams,Huge white cuttlefish, Fish grilled . Yum yum..the taste of seafood really so differentthan in Mys. The sauces were superb. Just wonderful. Hard to describe with just words in fact.We ate so full right up the mouth that at one point of time I just sat there enjoying the wonderful sunset view across the sea right in front of me without moving cos I was feeling so lazy and sleepy by then. Each of us only paid 150,000 rupiah for a whole some meal.. :D . I wish I could just stay there for eternity and have my eyes gaze at the front scene, watching sunset , strolling along the beach and dip my feet in the ocean salt water. We stayed there till 8 plus to 9pm and went back home. It was about 30 min drive.

Later on towards the night, we walked down to Kuta town happening area at night. It's just like the KL bukit Bintang version however only difference was it's filled with foreigners , whites walking along the streets, dressed up sexily with hanging boobs and extremely short tight wears. The streets was brightly litted up with lamps, decorations. But we managed to get to the Bali version of their HArd Rock Cafe with the tourist help to drop us there. Nice place man..it's where live band was played after 1030pm at night. Hard core rocking music was aired and echoed the whole place like the sound of thunder which pierced through your ear drums. hahaha. It 's definitely a favourite hang out spot among the foreigners. It's been a long time ever since I stepped foot to such places and even our very own Hard Rock Cafe in KL, i've never step foot not even once before!!! Do you believe it?? damn....:P I just had half a mug of beer and that's it. Im feeling so sleepy and I was already dreaming of laying my feet on the cosy bed and covering myself behind the wooly blanket sheets. :D I doze offat 1am and there goes first day with much anticipation to look forward to tomorrow but on the other hand time really flies fast and I worried that soon I will need to leave the place and back to reality which in fact it will of cos!!! :)
