Restaurant Top Hat , KL

Erm..This was one of my first visit dated back in February --Oops sorry as Ive mentioned that I really didnt have the time to post them up on time..well, as far as I could still recalled, this place has a very classic and romantic ambience - it's like a "In-House" concept restaurant which I think only certain areas in KL do have it...but hard to find unless you know where it resides. My bf stumbled across this place through a friend which recommended us here for some special "date" or occasion which could marked our memories and encarved it in our heart for long...hehe..It has a victorian style interior divided into two different sections which display a different setting of cos..we choosed the corner area where it is nearby to a "see - through" window allowing us to view the scenery especially when it's sunset by 7pm evening...U are seriously gonna love it a lot. :D But one thing - an exception - you may not gonna like it so much from the exterior view since it's a bit old fashioned design - haha ..so don't let that impression dropped till you get in first, okay? Their menus changes every 3 months and price are subjected to 5% Govt tax and 10% service charge - haha..but it deserves it since you will be treated as one of their VIPs with excellent service of cos.

It includes classic Western dishes with a subtle touch of Asian flavours. For starters, a variety of soups and salads are always on the menu. Succulent seafood platters, spice encrusted rack of lamb, grilled rib-eye steak, panfried halibut and seafood pastas are standard favourites as main courses. The chefs also present local Malaysian Nyonya dishes: Top Hats (a signature starter and locally known as kueh pie tee), laksa and a variety of sambals and curries are regularly featured. For desserts, the restaurant offers home-made delights such as ice creams, bread and butter pudding, crumbles, a rich variety of cakes and local Malaysian desserts like cendol, ondeh-ondeh, pulut hitam. Customers often order the cakes to take home. I really can't remember what we have actually ordered, but all of them tasted superb!!! You should take your loved ones there and try them out yourself as it's worth it!
